PRIVATE INVITATION — THRIVE LEADERSHIP FORUM MEMBERS
Who have you impacted? What impact does your current solution make?
And what legacy do you intend to leave?
Those three questions sit at the center of everything we’ll explore in Napa this October.
Not in a lecture. Not in a workshop. In conversation, the kind that only happens when the right people are in the same room with enough time and space to go deep.
Three days. Experience Napa Hospitality
And participate in a schedule
designed to mix real work with real experience.
Begin with a continental breakfast and a restorative sound bath, then hear inspiring keynotes and leadership panels, and share your own company's story, impact, and legacy — professionally recorded for your own marketing. Enjoy curated wine tasting and culinary experiences by Chef Leilani Baugh, closing with music, dancing, and a DJ alongside Napa Car Club members, Chamber of Commerce members, and community leaders.
This is the day ideas become action — deeper conversations, meaningful collaboration, and new opportunities with fellow Thrive members. Hear from our newest members, work through facilitated workshops, enjoy a chef-prepared lunch and private wine tasting at Azure Wines, and close with an Italian cooking experience where the most valuable conversations often happen around the dinner table.
The formal program concludes Friday evening, but the best relationships keep growing. Spend Saturday at your own pace — the Napa Farmers Market, Oxbow Public Market, or a world-class winery — with exclusive discounts and recommendations, and informal gatherings hosted by local Thrive members.
Begin your Thrive experience with a continental breakfast and guided meditation designed to create focus, connection, and intention for the days ahead.
Hear from inspiring keynote speakers before joining a series of dynamic panels where Thrive members share their businesses, leadership journeys, and the impact they are creating. Every presentation is professionally recorded, providing valuable marketing content for participants after the event.
Enjoy a chef-prepared lunch accompanied by exceptional Napa Valley wines while building meaningful relationships with fellow leaders.
Participate in collaborative discussions focused on solving real business challenges, sharing ideas, and creating valuable introductions that extend well beyond the event.
As the day transitions into evening, continue the conversations over incredible food prepared by Food Network Cutthroat Kitchen Champion Chef Leilani Baugh, local wines, music, and dancing with our DJ. Connect with fellow Thrive members, Napa Car Club members, Chamber of Commerce members, sponsors, founders, CEOs, investors, and community leaders in a relaxed and memorable setting.
Start the day with breakfast and a guided meditation before shifting the focus from introductions to collaboration, partnership, and creating lasting impact.
Meet our newest Thrive members as they share their companies, leadership journeys, and future vision. Together, we'll explore real business opportunities, challenges, and ways to help one another succeed.
Through facilitated workshops and open discussions, members work together on real business opportunities, strategic introductions, governance challenges, fundraising, growth initiatives, and partnership opportunities.
Enjoy another exceptional chef-prepared lunch while continuing conversations with fellow leaders over Napa Valley wines.
Continue the discussions during an exclusive private wine tasting, where some of the forum's most valuable conversations often happen naturally in a relaxed Napa setting.
End the forum with an unforgettable private Italian cooking class where you'll prepare dinner together, enjoy expertly paired wines, and celebrate the friendships, partnerships, and collaborations formed over the previous two days. Often, the most meaningful business relationships begin around the dinner table.
Before departing, each attendee shares one commitment they will make as a result of the forum and recognizes a relationship they intend to continue long after Thrive concludes.
Although the formal Thrive Leadership Forum concludes on Friday evening, many members choose to extend their stay and continue building the relationships that began during the retreat.
Spend the morning exploring the renowned Napa Farmers Market, discover local food artisans at Oxbow Public Market, or enjoy breakfast or lunch with your new Thrive friends at one of Napa Valley's outstanding restaurants.
We'll provide exclusive discounts from select local wineries, along with recommendations for experiences throughout the valley. Several of our local Thrive members have also offered to host informal wine tastings and gatherings, creating even more opportunities to deepen conversations and strengthen new friendships.
Whether you're discussing your next board opportunity over coffee, exploring a winery with fellow members, or simply enjoying everything Napa Valley has to offer, Saturday is your opportunity to continue building relationships in a way that feels natural and meaningful.
Because the best business opportunities don't end when the agenda does.
Choose collaboration over competition.
Believe relationships are the world's greatest business asset.
Want honest conversations, not polished presentations.
Are willing to ask for help and equally willing to offer it.
Build companies that create lasting impact, not just financial returns.
Know that the best leaders are, first and foremost, good humans.
