Connection Day
Begin with a continental breakfast and a restorative sound bath, then hear inspiring keynotes and leadership panels, and share your own company's story, impact, and legacy — professionally recorded for your own marketing. Enjoy curated wine tasting and culinary experiences by Chef Leilani Baugh, closing with music, dancing, and a DJ alongside Napa Car Club members, Chamber of Commerce members, and community leaders.
Members Day
This is the day ideas become action — deeper conversations, meaningful collaboration, and new opportunities with fellow Thrive members. Hear from our newest members, work through facilitated workshops, enjoy a chef-prepared lunch and private wine tasting at Azure Wines, and close with an Italian cooking experience where the most valuable conversations often happen around the dinner table.

The formal program concludes Friday evening, but the best relationships keep growing. Spend Saturday at your own pace — the Napa Farmers Market, Oxbow Public Market, or a world-class winery — with exclusive discounts and recommendations, and informal gatherings hosted by local Thrive members.

Thrive Impact Mixer

Continue the discussions during an exclusive private wine tasting, where some of the forum's most valuable conversations often happen naturally in a relaxed Napa setting.
Italian Cooking Experience at Playte Kitchen
End the forum with an unforgettable private Italian cooking class where you'll prepare dinner together, enjoy expertly paired wines, and celebrate the friendships, partnerships, and collaborations formed over the previous two days. Often, the most meaningful business relationships begin around the dinner table.
Closing Commitments
Before departing, each attendee shares one commitment they will make as a result of the forum and recognizes a relationship they intend to continue long after Thrive concludes.

Although the formal Thrive Leadership Forum concludes on Friday evening, many members choose to extend their stay and continue building the relationships that began during the retreat.
