Settle into the experience, meet the community, and reflect on: "What impact do I hope to create during the next two days?"

Refresh, continue conversations, and enjoy an optional early Napa wine experience.

Leadership Exchange & Final Recording

Up to six audience-selected leadership challenges. Small-group brainstorming allows Thrive leaders and guests to make new connections and help one another.

Reflection, Announcements & Giveaways

Share what you learned, intentionally identify who you want to know better, final announcements and transition into intentional evening networking.

Open networking with Napa Car Club and Chamber members, sponsors, and guests. Wine tasting, wood-fired pizza, Chef Lelani prepared eats, DJ, music, dancing, and community connection.

Impact Collaboration & Legacy — a private Thrive member experience: deeper relationships, collaboration, accountability, and future impact.

Morning Meditation & Reflection

Begin with the question: "What impact do I want to be remembered for, and what is the legacy I am creating?"

Opening Keynote: Steve Harden

Author, "Legacy, Leadership and the Power of Influence" and "Day One Advantage" — Steve explores creating impact beyond organizations and leading with love. Recorded.

Collaboration Lab: Rapid-Fire Asks & Offers

Not recorded; photography only. Each attendee shares one ask from the Impact Wall. The group then returns to offer help, ideas, and introductions.

Community, team, and personal impact, featuring new Thrive members and reflections on the human side of leadership. Recorded member presentations and moderated discussion.

Discuss: "What collaboration should exist in this room that does not exist today?" Explore mentorship, succession, vision, purpose, and building something larger than ourselves.

Walk to Private Wine Tasting

Transition together to Vin de Noir and continue conversations along the way, enjoy wine tasting at Food Network Chef Lelani Baugh's tasting room.

Vin de Noir Wine Experience

A private tasting experience with Food Network chef Lelani Baugh.

4:45 - 5:00 PM

Transition to Playte Kitchen via Uber

Gather belongings and migrate together to the closing culinary experience.

Private cooking, wine pairings, collaborative dining, celebration, and relationship building for the Thrive 2-day attendees.
