Private Invitation — Thrive Leadership Forum Members

Leadership can be lonely.

In a world full of networking groups, conferences, and online communities, Thrive was built for a different reason.

Behind every founder, executive, and changemaker is a human being navigating uncertainty, growth, and responsibility. Most professional communities focus on transactions and titles. Thrive was built around relationships — around who people are, not just what they do.

The Difference

Not another networking group

We believe the most valuable conversations happen when leaders move past titles and accomplishments and talk about what's actually real: the difficult decisions, the failures, the lessons, the moments of uncertainty, and the opportunities that changed everything.

Members are encouraged to show up with vulnerability, honesty, and curiosity — and a willingness to both teach and learn. The purpose of these two days isn't to exchange business cards or sit through presentations. It's to strengthen a community of leaders who genuinely want to see one another succeed.

What We Believe

Four things we hold to be true

Many professional communities focus on transactions.

Thrive was built around relationships.

Many groups focus on what people do.

Thrive focuses on who people are.

The success of Thrive is not measured by attendance. It is emasured by relationships.

A Celebration of Relationships

Over time, members have helped one another solve business challenges, make introductions, create new opportunities, join boards, find trusted advisors, gain new clients, and launch partnerships — many of which began with a simple conversation. For a number of attendees, this retreat will be the first time meeting in person after months of learning from one another virtually. This is a celebration of those relationships, and a chance to deepen them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions Answered

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Thrive Leadership Retreat is an invitation-only event for Thrive Leadership Forum members — existing members and a select group of new members being welcomed this year. If you received this invitation, you belong here.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

Everything on the agenda — the Plate Kitchen cooking experience, wine tasting and cave tour, all programming at The Car Club, private group dinner, live music, and Saturday morning experiences. Shuttle transportation is included. Hotel and travel are separate — lodging recommendations and our group hotel block details are sent with your confirmation.

I DON’T DRINK — IS THIS STILL THE RIGHT EVENT FOR ME?

Absolutely. The Friday wine tasting is set up to accommodate non-drinkers with juice and food pairings. Saturday Track C (pottery, candles, paint & sip) is a fully non-drinking option. And the rest of the programming has nothing to do with wine.

WILL THERE BE OUTSIDE GUESTS?

Thursday evening features an open networking mixer at The Car Club, open to chamber members and local guests. Friday and Saturday are private — members only.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE THERE?

We’re holding this to a hard cap of 30 — 20 existing members plus up to 10 new members being welcomed this year. It’s intentionally small so the conversations stay real.
